before you accept the room - spoke to a canadian whilst I was there, who'd checked in and when hed pointed out how putrid the bathroom was, got a spiel about "we will upgrade you to another room" ( but you pay more) He said there was no effort made to clean the bathroom so he checked out after one night and stayed at Masa Inn where I was.
Said the room at Masa Inn major improvement on La walon.
I must admit my first room at masa inn wasnt super clean in bathroom dept, but after I moved upstairs to another room ( which incidently was cheaper) the bathroom was major improvement.
La walon did look good from poppies lane, and is central to everythign as is Masa Inn. Id stay at Masa Inn again.
