I have only stayed at Satriya Cottages out of all that you have mentioned. We loved it and are going back next July.
This year the rate is $55 per night including buffet breakfast, but I have been told that in February their rate will be increasing, not sure as to what price.
If you like some peace and quiet away from the hussle and bustle, then this place is ideal. Also close to the beach and all the shopping and cafes.
