Accomodation in Ubud for 1?

I've had 4 holidays in Bali and I always stayed in Sanur. This time I'm thinking of Ubud for my 3 weeks there. Does anyone have advice on a place for 1 person that has:
-swimming pool
-internet
-hot shower
-fan, A/C not necessary
-Balinese breakfast.
-nice, clean, good atmosphere

Im looking for a deal and would pay upfront cash for the whole stay.
