I have a 13 1/2 year old son who has recently been begging me to swim in our pool when he is here alone with his mate. I have constantly said "no". "There must be an adult here" I try to explain that accidents happen and only yesterday he said "mum nothing will happen please!!" I will get him to read this post tomorrow and show him that sadly in life accidents do happen
When I read a post like this I wish there was something I could do to help. I hope you had travel insurance, so at least to take some of that burden off you.
