to get 2 taxi's, even if you managed to get a big car 6 adults and your luggage still may not fit. We were in the same position a month ago arriving at 11.30pm, we paid 60,000 for each taxi to KP, brother in law had a surfboard and had to pay a further 50,000 for them to take his board in the taxi. They just scammed him because it was late.
Going back to airport we used KP transport and it cost us 100,000 rups, the guy did quote us only 80,000 but gave him 100,000.
The KP has many drivers now that can take you on trips in Bali and are alot cheaper than what you can get outside of the hotel.
