It's stated on their website that the minimum foreign currency order us AUD$200 - so it's definitely all post offices. They also have a terrible exchange rate, which would be to account for the fees they brag about not charging. :)
It really is just as easy to pay in Australian dollars when you arrive in Bali. Save yourself the running around trying to get US$50 before you go. I've always found that the change I get is so close to what I expect that it's no problem. It's never been more than $1-2 per person outside what I'd worked out from online rates the night before. To me, that's cheaper than the fuel used to go and exchange at bad rates before leaving home anyway.
