I think I went to the same place as namrod - Optik Jaya Mandiri. I paid Rp 1.4m for a pair of glasses, as my lenses are 6 diopters.
As I have a very strong prescription, my hi index plastic lenses had to be ordered from Jakarta. It took a week for the lenses to aarive.
When the glasses were ready, the owner of the shop was on holiday in Lombok, the masssage lady on the corner opened up the shop and handed over my glasses. I gave her Rp 1m (the remainder of the price) to pass on to the owner.
