Anyone can use the Prada lounge. In fact their staff stand just past the immigration desk on check in and seek your business.
They were charging 100,000 rp pp on Wednesday. Have to say though the place was empty apart from us, so not suffering from being overly busy . It was around 1:30 in the afternoon and the food was way way past chuck out time. We left after paying and went to the Premier lounge upstairs instead and it was much nicer (cost 500,000 Rp for two people). If you've got a few hours to kill then definately worth it. It is above gate 2.
If all you are after is a reasonably comfortable place to sit then Prada will probably suffice, but that is about all they offered because the food had been in the warmers for hours and was yuk.
