Hi, I dont have a commonwealth card, but have Bank of Queensland and ANZ visa debit cards. I have always gone into BCA in Kuta where you can withdraw up to 10,000,000 rp per day. You just need a drivers licence or passport for ID and I think, the last time was in January, the fee is 50,000RP...
