If your 12-year-old is into water sports then you will have plenty to choose from, they have jet-skiing, skiing, parasailing, banana boating, flying fish and I'm sure the list goes on.
There are plenty of operators up and down the beach for the above and I'm sure you could get quite a good deal if you combined a few of these activities together.
From memory I think the price to Nusa Dua from the airport through the taxi booth is about 100,000 but don't quote me on that.
