JustJen, take no notice of people who have no idea what they are talking about.
The service is endorsed and run by Australian travel agents as well as Indonesians, and is fully sanctioned and authorised.
Don't let this rubbish put you off.
If you want to use the service then go for it.
On the occasions that we have used it we thought it was good value for money given the circumstances when we arrived.
On other occasions we have been an hour or more getting through, and yet others maybe 20 - 30 mins, just the luck of the draw.
