on a lane between Poppies 1 and Poppies 2 in Kuta might suit. I've stayed there many times since 1998 and love it for location,cost,facilities etc.Has a pool,nice gardens,fan cooled,cold shower rooms with breakfast start at 175,000 for 2 people. They do free airport pick up too.
