airport, line up at the taxi counter, they ask where you are going and how many people then you pay the price...nothing more to pay after that..your price sounds reasonable. we a group of 2 adults and 2 kids, always have 3 bags and 4 hand luggage and have never had any problems..tho was a bit squishy one time with my daughter having to sit on a bag in the back seat! but all the fun of bali.
