We went on a bit of a search in August, because my mum uses non-soap cleanser at home and assumed she'd be able to buy it easily in Bali. None of the supermarkets had anything available at all - just full on fragrance soaps in every variety you could imagine. We did find some at the Guardian chemist at Discovery mall in Kuta - both liquid and in bar form, but at the same price as she pays at home. I decided to try it out myself later on and missed out as the Guardian chemist in Legian didn't have any at all and had no idea what we were talking about when we asked them.

I can't say about availability in Sanur as we didn't go that far to find it.

It may just be easier to take the bars from home - or make a phone call and see if she can take enough liquid in carry on luggage, since it is for medical purposes, as others have suggested.
