Then there was another 'new law' telling that batteries in cameras, PCs, mobile phones, video cameras and other electronics visitors tend to carry where 'illegal' and had to be confiscated by the guys at the security checks at departure or arrival - or both.
It is amazing how visitors to Indonesia are made feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcome at the point of entry/exit despite the millions that are spent on promoting the country by the same government who is employing these mostly hostile, lying and cheating guys at immigration, customs and security points.
Yeah, sure, 'this is Bali' but not the Bali I want to see and experience but somehow I tend to return over and over again, after all.
And it is great fun to see the guys back-pedal!
