I have to get in through the firewall via a VPN connection, and then use Remote Desktop to connect to the terminal server.
I have done it using the standard 32Kb Telkom dialup, which was slow, but still worked. Just about any internet available in Bali will be faster than Telkom dialup, so if you have your own laptop and can connect remotely say from home, there is no reason why you can't do the same from Bali. Except the reason that you are on holidays and shouldn't be doing it!
