with your staff before you go...pay them their wages and sort out any overtime/sick leave adjustments after you get back....then enjoy your holiday.
Or even if you dont pay it to them, work out a calculation that will keep them happy, talk to them about it...and schedule a payment for pay day through your bank (online). Saves the bother of trying to access your server, coz your staff will likely be disappointed if you have problems and lets face it, connections in Bali can be hit and miss anytime..LOL
