Had a couple of minutes, searched the archives for ya, seems if you want to use them it's 2,000rp per piece of luggage, other sites say 10,000 or 20,000 rp per bag, guess it depends how generous you want to be. Some pay $2 or $4 in Aud coins.
Just read one site that says sign is prominently displayed on the baggage carousel boards and it's 2000 rp per bag. Anything else is a bonus.
I prefer to avoid them yet some people need and like to use them.
