We stayed in 2 interconnecting rooms (Rms H07 & H08) in H Block last January. These rooms are on the 1st floor. H02 & H03 will be on the same floor.
On the ground floor (beneath us) was the hotel spa entry & the entry to the underground car park. We were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever.
We enjoyed it so much, we have actually requested the same rooms on our future trip.
Note to KazAllen: Yes, the rooms do have a balcony which we found to be quite private & generous.
