My daughter is around the same age as you. We have always managed to buy clothes in Bali that are suitable for wearing back at home.
Last time she found a dress at one of the surf outlets. Not the Billabong one, the other one and I think that is just called 'Surf Outlet'.
She also got a really nice dress from the Body and Soul section in Centro Department Store in the Discovery Mall. This dress was more exprensive but also a lot dressier.
You can also check out the shops in Kuta Square area opposite the Matahari Department Store and do the treck up Jl Legian.
