As I have stated in an earlier post, if you clear immigration prior to midnight of the seventh day to catch an early AM flight you only need a 7 day visa.
You passport will be stamped with the date you cleared immigration, not with the date of your flight.
Having passed through outbound immigration you are technically no longer in Indonesia.
