There are several very worthy candidates who are still working on achieving the esteemed title for 2009.
It is most unfair to suggest that this poster could nip in and snatch the title in one go, when others have spent so much time trolling, stalking and bull*hitting without offering one spec of useful information on Bali or anything else.
Please let the year run its course before prematurely awarding this title to a one off plonker.
