you will not have a problem. If you see a doctor in Bali and he writes the script there is no worries with getting it home as long as your name is on the packets.
You won't have a problem at Perth Airport just pack it in your suitcase. Duromine is different these days to the old days. It's a synthic product used not speed as such but keeps you up all night just the same.
