for 20 minutes to try and see if they could do blonde highlights (foils) to my daughter's hair in May this year. I was trying to explain and they ended up calling more people over to see if they could understand what I was wanting. In the end I was trying to say to 3 of them that I wanted highlights (foils or streaks) and they reached out a book and I picked the colour only for them to say they could only to whole head colour not highlights????
Anyhow, we ended up leaving slightly frustrated that I dont think they understood what I was asking for and we werent getting anywhere and ended up going to melasti spa...no problems with them understanding here.
However we all had haircuts and Johnny Andrean and no problems.
Sounds like they maybe have worked out how to do highlights if others are getting them now.
