Day 5 of trip to Bali started as many others did baby sleeping great again but cant seem to sleep past 6.30am, so when she is up we are all up. Quick trip down for breakfast, my kids always tell me i cant go anywhere without running in to somebody i know, well did it again ran into people i work with didnt even know they were going to bali.Anyway out for more shopping by now my wife had worked out this bartering caper and was into it full swing getting great buys everywhere we went,how many handbags can one girl have apparently as many as she wants. Had lunch at a great little place called Wayan and friends in Padma st nice cold bintangs and cheap but good food. We spent the afternoon lounging buy the pool just relaxing.That night we went to the restaurant Zanzibar but unfortunately my 9yr got sick during the night maybe the food from there but we cant be sure the rest of us were alright just her got crook. This ruined our plan of going to waterbom park the next day which annoyed my 11yr old son but then my wife said they could do more shopping for him, which surely meant more handbags for her.Day 6 was spent holding the bowl for my daughter and watching some unusual television quite amusing really.The best thing about that day was that we finally slowed down and really enjoyed a great night watching the sun go down. Day 7 Waterbom park my wife took 4 kids to waterbom park our 3 kids and her husband the biggest kid of them all, what a great day tried all the rides, watched a poor lady lose her top under the huge bucket in the kiddy area, we didnt want to leave but the baby was getting cranky after being out all day so my wife and kids dragged me out kicking and screaming. Day 8 highlight was geneva what a great place to buy all those little nic nacs for home and friends, we spent hours there going through all that stuff.Tea that night was also great we went to Bubba Gump restaurant my wife ordered a margarita which the waiters had to dance when it was served, had shrimp a thousand different ways even my daughter was eating better and tried some, the kids also had a peanut butter milkshake called the Alabama sweet smoothie i must say it was delicious, all up we spent over $100 but a top night was had by all, i didnt think we would get our baby back as the staff absolutely loved her and wanted to keep her. Finally back to the hotel for some hard earned rest and maybe 1 or 2 bintangs before our assualt on day 9
