i enjoyed my stay there. nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they are lovely and I 've made a pen friend of one of the spa girls. It is very minimalist and modern.I was upgraded for free to a deluxe room on ground floor after I wrote and told them about my arthritis.everything you need they have, power adapter, stanley knife, packing tape, scales to weigh the luggage.
only drawback is if you do like to spend time around the pool it is quite a small area, but the pool is lovely and cool, not bathwater warm,I found it refreshing.for the older and overweight or disabled, getting to and from pool is down stairs and the pool ladder is wooden with 3 deep steps,I managed but only just.the meals are great but a little dearer than outside esp when you add the tax on top.
Breakfast is a buffet, which is different every day with a large selection but only concentrate juice not fresh.
the other thing I noticed,is that the other guests didn't seem to be friendly towards one one other, not chatty etc.maybe because it is so small without gardens there's not a lot of gathering areas,or they were mostly foregners"(lol not aussie)finally met a few ppl on the last day...sigh.
I would definitely recommend the hotel but next time I would like to stay somewhere more 'bali".
