The school has 40 kindy/reception age kids, there is a hope to possibly expand in the future. It is brand new and built by volunteer/donation,the sponsorships are directly through 'Bali Care' which is a small group run by an Adelaide couple who live part time in Bali. Currently all children are sponsored, also they have sponsors for several hundred children in an area called Munti Gunung - a very poor area of Bali. The dump school is called Samaritania 2 and while it has a Christian ethos many of the children are Hindu and Muslim and all are welcome. Many of the parents work on the dump and the dump, homes and school are in close proximity to each other. I have visited a number of schools in Bali and find they are all very poorly resourced. I will leave my email open if you have other questions. Jan
