We stayed there is Sept and had a superior upstairs aircon room. I could not fault the room , full bathroom with shower and separate bath, serviced daily. The rest of the place needs some management lessons. Pool and gardens are great but.....only 5 pool lounges you could move around and another 4 concrete ones, hard as hell and a couple of old deck chairs. As the place was pretty full, it was hard to hang out at the pool and be comfortable most of the time. The pool bar does not operate, in fact it was hard to get any cold bintangs as they only carried very limited stock. Staff seemed pleasant enough but just not friendly at all, smiled and nodded but no conversation like most places. Breakfast just adequate, 1 egg omlette? and a bit of toast. For the price we paid it just didnt add up to $55U.S. a night. Location is good.
