Thanks to all who advised re the Masa inn. This was a great base for us, with the boy's surfing just down at Kuta beach it was within easy walking distance every mornning and the ole afternoon stroll down to the beach. Saw your mate many times but never got arround to talking to him. He seemed very content and just sat at the little table with his coffee and smokes - just relaxing and taking it all in. If we get by there again i'll drop over and say g'day
