some other things to watch for with money changers.
Sometimes the calculators used have had the keys moved so the equals button is really the memory one. THe equals button is supposed to be on the right side at the bottom.
Also be the last one to count the money, some money changers can do a slight of hand and your money will be in a draw behind the table. Especially if there is more than one person there.
Lastly a good rule of thumb is that high exchange rates can be too good to be true.
