you can take water on any plane out of australia as long as you buy it once you are thru customs and security.
denpasar airport dont allow you to take anything on for some reason!
im pretty sure you will be bussed from the tarmac to the terminal. we flew virgin blue this year and we landed/departed from the very end of the airport where there was an air asia plane.
