1. it is NOT illegal.
2. It does NOT hold up normal immigration processing. It is processed by an official not involved in normal processing.
3. Nobody makes a fortune out of it.
4. The service works well for those not prepared to waste up to 3 hours of their holiday in the airport.
5. Those providing the service have full airport security clearance.
