If you search my login name (astrocat) I got a lot of great info about the Balinese naming and cast structure. It was invaluable for me in helping me to understand the reason everyone's favourite driver was named "Wayane" or "Mardi". Some respondants gave me a quite detailed answers, and it really did help.
