Do you have any construction works on at the moment (or planned for the future)?
Yes, we have maintenance work for the lobby's roof at the moment and after finish this section we will continue again for the restaurant's roof (planning will do on the October 2009). This maintenance work is to change the alang-alang to sirap (new style of traditional wooden roof).

When did these works commence?
Since last month

When are they expected to be completed? We hope soon, we could not inform you the exact time because this work is not running every day and it could be off if there is strictly request from the guest / travel agent for no construction during their stay, so its means this work is have flexible time. We will totally stop for the construction during the month of August (high season period) and will be continue on next month (low season).

How will the construction works affect the guests?
This construction will affect to the front area (lobby, swimming pool and restaurant and all bungalow near at lobby). During the construction, all the guest facilities and services remain the same as a normal condition. Therefore, we would like to minimize any inconvenience condition for all in-house guest by doing the maintenance partially.

What hours are the works taking place? Works start from 8am until 5pm and off for every Sunday

Is there heavy machinery used in the process of these works?
No, this maintenance is not used heavy machinery, just use the compressor that might bring effect for the noisy at the front area for a few hours.
