We have stayed at the Besakih a couple of times, and have booked to stay there again in August,a friend has stayed at the Griya.
The Besakih is great hotel and much cheaper than the Griya,if it comes down to price I would stay there, breakfast is included and they serve it in their beach restaurant, also rooms are clean and the staff friendly.
Our friends liked the Griya, and have stayed there many times but I don't think breakfast is included, but both are in the best location right on the beach.
