Just got back last Sunday from 3 weeks there, Try the Kuta Puri Bungalows spa in Poppies I. There are two areas within the resort to get a massage - the girls by the pool are cheaper (1 hour is 60,000), but there is no privacy. The actual spa rooms within the resort are lovely and well priced considering they are within a resort (1 hour is 100,000 - but the atmosphere is worth it).
