In the past we have bought them from the Kuta Markets. There was a small shop a couple of stalls before the MegADisc DVD shop on the left hand side when facing the beach and entering from Jl Kartika Plaza. We also found some for sale in the MegADisc shop across the road from the Dynasty and heading towards the airport (not far though).
We haven't stayed in that area for the past couple of visits so can't say for sure the stores are still there.
We paid Rp10,000 per pack in April 2008.
Just fount business card for the Magaadic store in the Art Market. It reads Blok E No. 18-19.
