I've used webject and numerous other online booking agents several times. YOu will get a confirmation code - probably as part of your itnerary. I've only ever shown my passport upon arrival and told them my name. Have never had a problem - although mind you I haven't been to Bali or used Garuda for over ten years, so I can't vouch for things their end.
