hi There
just saw your message. I get stuff sent to Australia by EMS on a regular basis. Your supplier in Bali needs to pack into an EMS box fro the post office take in to post office pay postal fees for it to be sent to you. When it arrives in Australia if the value of the box is under $1000AUD no duty is charged and Australia post will deiver to your door. You need to ensure you supplier puts an invoice in the box and on the EMS form it also asks value of goods.
Last time I was in Bali I also sent goods home through DHL there is an office in Kuta I just rung an indonesian DHL mumber and someone came and picked up form my hotel. Was under $1000 so no duty. The boxes are often open for inspections by customs. I think if you google DHL and go their website you can get address and contact number of all their offices.
Cheers Lisa
