we were told the JUICE not cordial, which is harder to get but Coles have it Cascade brand from memory, we all took 10ml a day starting a week prior to leaving, I packed & took it, we did for first few days then kept forgetting but none of us got sick, kids were 14 and 11 at time so will be doing it again next year for sure.
