I have had bikinis and mens speedos copied at 'Pelangi Laundry and Ironing Service - Tailor and Leather Inside' his name is Rockman the address is Padma Utara Street No. 6, Legian, ph 0361 763350. Great copies and a good range of Lycra. He also has the correct sewing machine for stretch material. The mens speedos cost around $10 from memory and bikins double that. Great result.
