I took this Air Asia flight last month from Perth Airport. Only one passenger used the VIP VOA.
There was no queue at the VOA counter at Denpasar Airport, as there were no other international flights landing at this time.
There was a half an hour wait at Imigrasi. When I got through Imigrasi, my bag was waiting at the baggage carousel.
