4 days might be pushing it to get something made? i could be wrong but i have had 2 formal dresses made prior, the first one took 3 days and was perfect, the 2nd i went back after 3 days and it needed an extra day!
they supply material (if there is something in the shop you like), they usually have a big choice though, and would be wise to take a photo of a design you want (or similar) in case they dont have much to choose from?
olga tailor in Jl. Sahadewa (garlic lane) is very good! There is a few different tailors in that street which are good i hear!
i have also used a dressmaker on Jl. padam utara, down towards hotel jayakarta who was very very good!
