Baik Bike tour

I'm 59 with low fitness level - did the Baik Bike tour two years ago and loved it. Make sure you choose the BAIK BIKE tour. Superb meal at the organisers own home. Travel is all the way downhill - except a 5 minute climb. Along back roads so no traffic. Highly recommend it.
