I swore by this place for all our visits, till our last time there couple of years ago. Always loved the location, the pools, the food and the staff. Made a couple of good friends there too, staff and tourists.
The rooms though were just appalling. Just general grotty feeling, the beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so old and one night there was a blood stain and holes on the very grey sheets when I got into the newly made bed.
I was so sad it had been let go so far downhill. I am just hoping for the day that they renovate the rooms! Be happy to pay more for better rooms, the hotel is so much fun and very relaxing.
