Special Occasion Breakfast & Dinner

Hi All
I am after some advice for somewhere special to go for a breakfast and a diner for special occasion - birthday's. It would be for 2 adults and 2 children. Not too worried about the budget just want it to be special. We are staying at Holiday Inn Baruna but happy to travel up to Legian or Seminyak.
I had heard one of the nice restaraunts do a special Sunday breakfast with activities for the kids but not sure if it is Ku De Ta? anyone know.
