Hope someone could help with a problem we're having at present.
We have booked 2 rooms at a hotel in Bali direct and have spent the last week trying to get them to put the payment through in full on our credit card or advise details to transfer the money as we want to take advantage of the good exchange rate and pay accomodation upfront.
The hotel won't do this and will only accept payment on departure as they aren't sure what the exchange rate will be.
Has anyone had the same problem?
I would prefer to book direct with the hotel as they've promised interconnecting rooms etc but just want to know if there is a way around this other than going through a travel agent.
Alternatively, has someone used an online booking agent they can recommend.
