The fantastic service and advice I received whilst staying in Bali. I received many many follow up phone calls, from the various Drs involved making sure that my grandson was well enough to travel.
He badly perforated his eardrum.
The Insur company were quite prepared to have us stay longer and to foot the bills for all costs entailed with this further stay scenario.
Great follow up service whilst over there, but a slow slow end result. As it was they covered us for everything including all medications and the purchase of earplugs.
