Rudy Art on Sunset Rd is a good place to start. They sell mosiac tiles, sinks & more.
Small Hardware stores are pretty plentiful & sell tapware, tiles, toilets etc. Also, you could check Ace Hardware who may have the bathroom fittings you are after.
Alternatively, there are specific bathroom outlets (a lot on the way to Denpasar, I found) which sell top quality (Grohe, Hansa etc) tapware & fittings plus marble tiles etc readily available at much reduced prices to Aust in Bali. I do not have on hand all contacts we have previously used, but look up the Yellow Pages whilst in Bali & get a driver to take you (& maybe intrepret where necessary).
5 days is plenty for a bathroom. I had that time frame for a whole house!
