You might need to book Sarong ahead, but I am sure that they have a website.
I can't imagine a more romantic setting than Sarong in Seminyak.
The decor is stunning and top notch food.
It is pricey - but you hope to enjoy your honeymoon once in a lifetime, if possible, so spoil yourselves.
Another option is called La Sal, a Spanish restaurant on Jalan Drupadi in Seminyak. I love their tapas and another lovely setting, is quite plantation style.
However if you get a taxi to Eat St (Jalan Laksmana) in Seminyak then you will be spoilt for choice, take a walk down this road and you shoud find a place that fits the bill too...there are so many to choose from.
Enjoy and I look forward to your JBR when you return!
